The manufacturability of some products requires the proportion of bad gas in the air should not be high. Otherwise, it will affect the up-to-standard rate of products. AIR WASHER system of central air conditioner applied in semiconductor workshop uses aqua pura, sprays water mist with proper particle size by special stainless steel nozzle, absorbs gases (such as SO2, NH3 and benzene) harmful for semiconductor in the air on the water particles and sends them to the circulating water tank. By real-time detection for the electrical conductivity of water quality in the water tank, AIR WASHER system makes real-time control of sprayed water. And as the water is not qualified, the system sufficiently and effectively eliminates the bad gases in supply air by draining dust water and supplying fresh water.
AIR WASHER system, which is applied to the sites with large proportion of harmful gas, uses chemical water, sprays water mist with proper particle size by special nozzle, absorbs gases (such as formaldehyde) harmful for human body or products in the air on the water particles, sends them to the drip pan, and reduces the harmful gas soluble in the water to the allowable proportion ranges by draining sewage, exterior heating and volatilizing, or chemical feed neutralization, so as to control the harmful gas (which is sent to the factory or drained into the air) under allowable proportion ranges
