Product Description:

 

  * Product is firm and reasonable in structure and convenient in transportation, installation and maintenance.  

 

  * There are five different specifications and the maximum humidifying capacity is 126kg/h.

 

  * Control system is divided into switch type and continuous type, and can accept 0~10v/4~20mA signals.

 

  * The humidifying barrel can be changed and cleaned by water.

 

  * Drainage period can be set by different water quality.

 

  * It’s equipped with working state indicator.

 

  * Clean humidifying can be applied to food, medical, pharmaceutical and electronic industries.

 

Working principle:

 

  When water contains micro-salts, it will become conductive. As water (its conductivity ranging from 125~1250 μs/cm) flows into electrode humidifying tank, the computer initially measures out its conductivity. When it overflows electrode in the humidifying tank, the electrode will complete a current circuit, bring the water to a boil and produce steam. Electrode humidifier controls the output of steam by regulating humidifying tank’s water level and conductivity.

 

  After the electrode humidifier is switched on, computer controller will initially open intake valve C and make water travel into the bottom of humidifying tank B through intake box V (at this time, water’s conductivity can be measured by computer), which will go upward gradually until it contacts with the electrode. After water contacting with electrode, the electrode will complete a return current. While bringing the water to boil, if the water level is higher, the current will be larger. When it reaches the highest point, computer controller will measure the signal through high-level testing electrode E and close intake valve V; the water level of tank B will drop continuously. Computer controller R will open intake valve H again and add fresh water till humidifying capacity as required. When minerals in tank B continue to increase, computer controller will open drainage valve in time to drain the waste out so as to prolong the service life of humidifying tank.

  ※Environment temperature & humidity: ambient temperature of electrode humidifier intelligent control panel or intelligent electric cabinet: temperature: 0-40℃; humidity: <80%RH

 

  ※Water quality: clean tap water or de-mineralized water Electrical conductivity: 125-1250μs/cm (Resistivity: 800-8000Ωcm)

 

  NOTE: Electrode humidifier can not use de-ionized water or distilled water.

 

  ※Water hardness: < 30 German degree or <536PPM

 

  ※Intake water temperature:0-40℃

 

  ※Intake water pressure:0.1-1.0Mpa

 

The Application of Electrode Humidifier in High Hardness Water Areas:

 

  The intelligent control system of electrode humidifier can automatically adjust humidifying tank’s drainage period according to the variation of contents (electric conductivity) of dissolvable mineral ion in water of humidifying tank so as to reduce the sediment speed of some minerals like calcium and magnesium in electrode surface and inside the tank and prolong the service life of humidifying tank. However, we suggest installing a softener before using electrode humidifier in hardness water areas in China, which can prolong humidifier's working life by reducing the hardness of water.

 

Technical Specification of Electrode Humidifier:

 

  Electrode humidifier should be independent, electric control equipment.

 

  A The humidifier can produce steam with common tap water or softened water.。

 

  B The humidifier can measure conductivity of intake water and start corresponding humidifying work.

 

  C The steam capacity of humidifier can be set.

 

  D The humidifying tank inside the humidifier can be dismounted for washing or replacing.

 

  E The humidifier can automatically drain the waste. The waste drainage period is set by intelligent control system according to intake water’s electrical conductivity and steam output capacity.

 

  F The intake circuit of the humidifier should set a gap where atmosphere can pass through to prevent the waste water containing mineral sediment in the humidifying tank reverse to water supply system under the action of siphon.

 

  G The humidifier should have toggle switch and can accept following standard control number without modification:2-10VDC、4-20mA、0-10VDC、0-20mA。

 

  H The humidifier should be able to control high water level with mechanical methods. When water reaches super high level, superfluous water should be drained out via drainpipe.
