Working principle: By connecting steam source, the saturated steam move in landscape direction outside of the jetting jacket and flow into the bend tube in loop direction and enters into vaporizing room

 

  Since the section in vaporizing room increases in a sudden, the steam lowers the speed. Under the inertia effect and resistance of baffle, the coagulated water in the steam is separated and is discharged from the bottom in the vaporizing room. The separated water enters into the pre-heating drying room from the top of separation room. The separation room is full of stainless steel filtering material to filter, separate the left water. Opening the regulation valve and the pressure in the room reduces and the gasifying temperature lowers. Then the left water in the steam gasifies again under heating. Therefore, the drying on the saturated steam is done and the air and water separation is done. The dry steam enters into the jetting tube through regulation valve and is jet out through sound elimination metal net to humidify the air.

 

Temperature perseverance coating: to coat a layer of high-tech vacuum micro ceramic temperature perseverance coating on the vaporizing tank and jetting tube surface of the vaporizing humidifier. This can reduce over 90% vaporizing radiation (the inner temperature of steam is over 100℃ and the surface temperature is only about 50℃) and temperature increasing by blasting and condensed water volume; and it can improve safety of humidifier and prevent scald problems.

Execution structure:

 

a. M1 electric regulation mode (electromagnetic valve type electric dry steam humidifier)

  Properties: there is one steam electromagnetic valve on the spraying tube. While it is power on, it is open. While it is power off, it reposits automatically by the spring. If the power is off, it will close automatically and is suitable for comfort air conditioner.

b. electric regulating valve mode (M2. M3 regulating mode)

 

M2: electric basic type:

 

  Properties: there is one STAND special basic driver on the handle of electric basic type dry steam humidifier. It is powered by motor. If it is +24V, the motor rotates in clockwise direction; and if it is -24V, the motor rotates in anti-clockwise direction. The driver has big torque with reliable close. The clockwise direction and anti-clockwise direction rotating brings up the on and off of the valve.

Power interface: power: AC24V

 

M3:electric poisoning type:

 

  Properties: there is one STAND special electric poisoning type driver on the handle of the electric poisoning type dry steam humidifier. If using motor to drive, there is one intelligent circuit board on the driver and it can change the 10V/4~20mA electric signal to angular displacement signal of the motor. Then it will transform to opening angle of the valve to control the steam output volume. It is suitable for art humidifying project and occasion with DDC requirement.

Instructions on electric valve:

 

  ※Our standard type electric drivers have STAND special electric type and electric positioning type,

 

  ※If the customer needs other electric drivers, such as Jiangsen Siemens or Honeywell, the customer can contact with our Technology Department, and we will provide for you. Please pay attention to the receive signal and control signal.

 

  ※If the customer wants to turn off the steam humidifier automatically after the power-off, we provide three plans for you∶

Plan One: Choose STAND power-off reposition control box and close the valve by using the backup power

 

Plan Two: Integrate the M1, M2 or M3 electric dry steam humidifier; that is to install one steam electromagnetic valve on the steam output tube of M2 or M3 to realize automatic close on sudden power-off. Refer to left pattern:

 

Plan Three: Choose electric driver with hydraulic pressure electric spring, such as Siemens SKD62 to realize the function

 

※For the occasions with strong anti-jamming power, please choose electric driver which can receive 4~20mA signal.

Multi spraying pole selection principle:

 

  The absorption distance of the dry steam humidifier: in the air conditioning group or ventilation tunnel, if the distance between the spraying tube and the downstream object is short, the jetted steam will meet the cold object before diffusing into the air and mixing with the air and the saturated steam will produce condensed water after meeting the cold object. Therefore, it will cause large humidity resistance of medium effective filer and bring water to blower and wind tunnel and the motor burns. To avoid the problem, people regulate the shortest distance between the spraying tube and the downstream object. This is the absorption distance of dry steam humidifier. If the calculated distance is longer than the real distance L, multi spraying tube dry steam humidifier or quick absorption tube dry steam humidifier are needed.

 

  Since the formula of calculating the absorption distance of the dry steam humidifier is complex, it is hard to take example in the sample. And we suggest:

 

  ※ For comfort humidifying constant temperature ventilation air conditioner (blasting temperature>20℃) (the indoor relative humidity is 40~45%RH for office building and hotels), 600mm is preferred for design institute and air conditioner factory;

 

  ※ For comfort humidifying, if the air conditioner is low temperature blasting air conditioning, the calculation of absorption distance must be done for fear of condensed water

 

  ※ For art humidifying (with medium and high efficient filter or large humidity in plant), please contact with STAND and get our technology support. Therefore, you can get the absorption distance and number and models of STAND multi spraying tube or quick absorption tube to accurate and easy design aim.

Integrated electric dry steam humidifier

 

  Integrated electric dry steam humidifier refers to the structure that electric motor is installed on the output regulating valve of dry steam humidifier.

Separate electric dry steam humidifier

 

  Separate electric dry steam humidifier means the structure that electric actuator or steam valve is separately placed with manual dry steam humidifier, among which, electric actuator or steam valve is installed on the steam pipe and manual dry steam humidifier is installed on the air conditional chamber (AC chamber).

Working Process of Integrated Electric Dry Steam Humidifier:

 

  Saturated steam is initially put through the saturated steam inlet of dry steam humidifier into lance's jacket, moves transversely, preserves the heat of inner lance (temperature is over 120℃), and then travels into the evaporation chamber where the separation between condensed water and dry steam is completed. Condensed water is drained away from the bottom of evaporation chamber via trap; dry steam is spouted out through the inner lance after electric driver opening the valve. Because the condensed water in steam pipeline and the jacket of lance can be drained away from the trap at the bottom of evaporation chamber anytime, water ejection problem can not be caused when the electric driver opens the valve.

 

Working Process of Separate Electric Dry Steam Humidifier:

 

  Saturated steam gathers much condensed water when electric steam valve is not opened; dry steam humidifier is in cooling state (at room temperature). When steam valve is opened, saturated steam with large amount of condensed water will reproduce much condensed water when it passed through dry steam humidifier in cooling state. At this time, condensed water that has entered into evaporation chamber can not be drained away from the trap in time, so it will be brought with steam into the inner lance and ejected into AC chamber. This phenomenon is usually called “Switch-on Spray” of electric dry steam humidifier, which will lead to humidity-resistance of lower medium-and high-efficient strainer being increased dramatically so as to damage the strainer and cause bad results, like fan motor being damaged and duct being poured!

 

Solutions to resolve dry steam humidifier ejecting water:

 

  In design and use process, integrated electric dry steam humidifier structure should be adopted and promoted intensively. Besides, electric driver in accordance with international standard electric interface should be promoted, too, such as the electric driver with 0~10VDC signal under control
